Here are the URL's and links to use for Chapter 4 WebSupp Assignments.

1. Go to this URL:
    www.scsite.com/sclabs/menu.cfm
    When you get there, select the Understanding the Motherboard Lab.  Go through the entire Lab, which will give you greater familiarity with the way all the parts that Chapter 4 talks about fit together in a computer system.

2. For the last part, the information you will need is available in the form of a set of files which I or Dennis will put on your XX (scratch) disk during Lab this week.  This file, memory.zip , will need to be unzipped before it can be used. Once you have unzipped the .zip file, you can delete the .zip file from your XX disk. To see the information, use the technique which will be demonstrated in class this week, in which the IE Web Browser can be used to view a file stored on a floppy disk. The filename to enter as a URL will be: a:\dram.htm

Remember - the Exams will use material as it was posted for Chapter 4 between 7/1 and 7/8.  Be sure to check it out by 7/8 at the latest so that, if the material changes, you will still have seen what you'll need for the Exams or BPO's that may come along.
